| 摘 要： | 目的：观察抗凝治疗在慢性肺源性心脏病综合治疗中的疗效。方法：选取90例慢性肺源性心脏病患者，随机分为抗凝加常规治疗组45例（抗凝组），常规治疗组45例（对照组）。观察90例患者心功能改善情况、平均住院日、抗凝治疗前后效果分析。结果：抗凝组显效率、气短改善情况明显优于对照组（P〈0．05），平均住院日少于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：抗凝治疗在慢性肺源性心脏病综合治疗中疗效肯定。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of low molecular heparin in the patients with cor pulmonale dur-ing acute attack.Methods:90 cases of corpulmonale were divided into heparin treatment group and routine group, 45 indi-viduals in each group.For the comparison of heart function and average days in hospital and symptoms before and after treatment.Results:Heart function and symptoms in low molecular beparin treatment group were remarkably improved (P< 0.05) while average days in hospital was decreased (P<0.05).Conclusion:Treatment with low molecular heparin of anticoagu-lation therapy shows more significant benefits in cor pulmonale patients. |
