前房穿刺联合甲基纤维素在小梁切除术中的应用

目的探讨前房穿刺联合甲基纤维素在小梁切除术中的应用及术后效果。方法采用小梁切除术并前房穿刺联合甲基纤维素对69例(78眼)青光眼进行了手术治疗。手术过程中,通过前房穿刺口放出房水,注入平衡液促使前房形成,巩膜瓣下注入少量甲基纤维素,防止浅前房、滤过泡瘢痕化发生。结果术中78眼均人工形成前房。出院时眼压均在正常范围内,经3个月~2年随访观察,均形成良好功能滤过泡。结论前房穿刺联合甲基纤维素在小梁切除术中的应用,可以减轻手术并发症,提高了手术成功率。

Application of Paracentesis of Anterior Chamber Combined with Viscoelastic Material in Trabeculectomy

Objective To probe into application and effects of anterior chamber paracentesis combined with viscoelastic material in trabeculectomy.Methods 69 cases(78eyes)wered treated with the paracentesis combined with viscoelastic material in trabeculectomy.The aqueous were gived off from anterior chamber and anterior chamber formed by injected balanced saline.Viscoelastic material were injected under the scleral flap that prevented anterior chamber from changing shallow and filtering vesicle from changing scar.Results The anterior chamber of all eyes were formed in the operation and the intraocular tension of all the patients were within normal while the patients leaved hospital.All the eyes formed better function filtering vesicle that were followed up for 3 months~2 years.Conclusion The application of paracentesis of anterior chamber combined with viscoelastic material in trabeculectomy can decrease the complications and improve the success rate.
