| Abstract: | The patient is a 14-year-old girl with a history of a “cyst” in the left temporal region removed 2 years ago. She was doing well until three weeks before admission, when she began suffering from progressively worsening headaches. Neurological examination revealed a mild hemiparesis on the right side. |
