| 摘 要： | 医院后勤工作是一项复杂的系统工程,是医、教、研的基础和保障,医院后勤管理水平关系到医院整体的正常运转和安全,直接影响医院的社会和经济效益。本文通过总结当前医院后勤管理工作中存在的问题及港台地区和内地一些后勤管理较为先进的经验和模式,结合实际提出医院后勤管理改革观点,探索专业化管理和集约化经营的医院后勤管理道路。

| Abstract: | Hospital logistics is a complicated systems engineering,and is also the basis of medicine,teaching and research.The level of hospital logistics management related to the normal operation and social and economic benefits of the hospital.By summarizing the typical problems of hospitals logistics management,and experiences and advanced models of Rthk region and the Mainland,this article gives some view points of hospital logistics management reform,and explores the road of the professional and intensive management of hospital logistics management. |
