| 摘 要： | 应用Ｎｄ：ＹＡＧ激光周边虹膜切除术治疗闭角型青光眼１２１眼，全部透切成功，有效地解除了瞳孔阻滞，降低了眼压。激光手术安全有效，并发症少。本文就激光操作技术、适应证等进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | pplication of intraocular lasers makesgreat
progress especially in intraocular micro-surgery because the Nd : YGG laser has thefunction of
pigment independent cutting andthus makes the treatment of some anterior oc-ular diseases more
effective, our section hasused the Nd : YAG laser in peripheral iridec-toniy to treat 121 cases of
angle-closure glau-coma successfully. The technique can effec-tively avoid pupil block and reduce
intraocularpressure, laser surfery is safe and effective,with few complications. The laser technic
andits indications in practics were discussed inthis article |
