| 摘 要： | 目的为了解新疆地州(市)尿碘、盐碘实验室以及县级盐碘实验室检测能力.方法尿碘检测采用砷铈催化分光光度测定法,盐碘检测专用GB/T 13025.7- 1999直接滴定法.结果参加质控的15个地州(市)尿碘、盐碘实验室中,有14个实验室反馈了结果,12个实验室合格.30个县级盐碘实验室中,有15个实验室反馈结果,11个实验室合格.结论绝大多数实验室测定结果的准确度高、可比性强,县级盐碘实验室反馈率低.

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo investigate the measuring capacity of urinary iodine and salt iodine at laboratories at locality(town) and at county level in Xinjiang and to intensify the quality of laboratories.MethodsUrinary iodine was determined by chloric acid-digestion thermostatic assay.Quality control of salt iodine samples was measured with the method of direct titration(GB/T 13025.7-1999).ResultsThere were total 15 laboratories participated in the quality evaluation.Out of the 15 laboratories,12 laboratories was qualified for testing ability(at locality).There were 15 laboratories providing feedback among 30 salt iodine laboratories at county level and 11 labortatories qualified for testing ability.ConclusionsTesting results from the most laboratories are comparable with good accuracy.In order to improve the testing ability and quality of all level laboratories,the routine work is to enforce inner quality control at laboratories. |
