心理护理对鼻内窥镜术后康复的影响

目的探讨心理护理对功能性鼻内窥镜手术（FESS）患者术后康复的影响。方法将200例须行FESS的患者按随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组100例。对照组采用常规护理,即一般的术前宣教及术后护理,试验组在采用常规护理的同时给予术前及术后的心理护理。比较2组患者术前焦虑状况、术后耐受疼痛情况及术中配合执行率、出院复查坚持率等指标。结果试验组术前无焦虑率、术中配合执行率、术后能耐疼痛率、出院复查坚持率分别为91%、89%、85%、80%,均显著高于对照组（分别为72%、75%、61%,59%,均P〈0.05）。结论鼻内窥镜手术的心理护理可有效提高患者术前抗焦虑及术中手术配合执行率,减轻患者术后疼痛。

Effect of Psychological Care on Rehabilitation after Endoscopic Sinus Surgery

ObjectiveTo evaluate the effect of psychological care on the rehabilitation after functional endoscopic sinus surgery（FESS）. MethodsTwo hundred patients who needed FESS treatment were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 100 patients in each group.All patients were given routine care,including preoperative instruction and postoperative care.The experimental group additionally received preoperative and postoperative psychological care.Hamilton Anxiety Scale（HAMA） scores,postoperative pain tolerance,coordination implementation rates and reexamination adherence rates were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with control group,experimental group significantly increased preoperative no anxiety rates,postoperative pain tolerance rates,coordination implementation rates and reexamination adherence rates（91% vs 72%,85% vs 61%,89% vs75% and 80% vs 59%,all P0.05）.ConclusionPsychological care can effectively improve the anxiety,increase coordination implementation rates of the surgery and reduce postoperative pain in patients undergoing FESS.
