| 摘 要： | 目的探寻治疗乳头内陷的较好方法。方法对17例（31只）乳头内陷患者采用双＂U＂字缝合和自体脂肪填充矫正手术。结果术后外形好,乳头感觉正常,无瘢痕。随访6～12个月,重度内陷病例有2例乳头轻度回缩,其余无复发。结论该方法对外观要求高或有哺乳要求的女性乳头内陷患者不失为一种较好方法。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo seek a better surgery method for correcting inverted nipple.MethodsDouble U-shaped suture and autologous fat filling were performed in 17 patients with nipple inversion.ResultsAfter operation,good nipple shape with normal nipple sensation was obtained and no scars were found in patients.After 6-12 months of follow-up,2 cases of severe inverted nipples had slight retraction,but others had no recurrence.ConclusionDouble U-shaped suture combined with autologous fat filling is suitable for patients with high requirement for breast shape or breast-feeding. |
