经直肠超声引导下前列腺系统10点穿刺活检术的临床应用

目的探讨经直肠超声引导下前列腺系统10点穿刺活检术的临床应用价值。方法对56例血清前列腺特异性抗原（PSA）〈4μg.L-1、直肠指诊阳性3例,PSA 4～10μg.L-1 11例,PSA〉10μg.L-1 42例]可疑前列腺结节患者行经直肠超声引导下前列腺系统10点穿刺活检术。结果 56例患者中,活检确诊为前列腺癌30例,占53.6%;良性前列腺增生症18例,占32.1%;慢性前列腺炎7例,占12.5%;前列腺囊肿1例,占1.8%。术后血尿15例,占26.8%;血便2例,占3.6%。无一例出现前列腺脓肿、高热、败血症等严重并发症。结论经直肠超声引导下前列腺系统10点穿刺活检术有助于前列腺癌的诊断及鉴别诊断,并且无严重并发症。

Clinical Application of 10-Core Systematic Prostate Biopsy under Transrectal Ultrasound Guidance

Objective To explore the clinical value of 10-core systematic prostate biopsy under transrectal ultrasound guidance.MethodsFifty-six patients with suspected prostate nodules（3 patients with serum prostate-specific antigen less than 4 μg·L-1 and positive value for digital rectal examination,11 patients with serum prostate-specific antigen between 4 and 10 μg·L-1,and 42 patients with serum prostate-specific antigen more than 10 μg·L-1） underwent 10-core systematic prostate biopsy under transrectal ultrasound guidance.ResultsAmong the 56 patients,prostate cancer was diagnosed in 30（53.6%）,benign prostatic hyperplasia in 18（32.1%）,chronic prostatitis in 7（12.5%）,and cyst of the prostate in 1（1.8%）.Postoperative hematuria occurred in 15 patients（26.8%） and bloody stool in 2（3.6%）.No patients had prostatic abscess,high fever,septicaemia and other complications.Conclusion The 10-core systematic prostate biopsy under transrectal ultrasound guidance is helpful in diagnosing and differentiating prostate cancer with no serious complications.
