中西医结合治疗返流性食管炎

目的观察自拟疏肝和胃汤配合西医治疗返流性食管炎的临床疗效。方法将116例返流性食管炎患者按随机数字表法分为2组,观察组60例,对照组56例。对照组采用西医常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上,加用疏肝和胃汤。结果观察组、对照组治疗总有效率分别为95.0%和82.1%;随访1年,观察组、对照组复发率分别为11.1%和30.9%。2组总有效率、复发率相比,观察组均明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论疏肝和胃汤联合西医治疗返流性食管炎疗效确切,优于西医单独治疗。

Combined Treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine for Reflux Esophagitis

Objective To observe the clinical effects of self-made soup for dispersing the depressed liver energy and harmonizing stomach on reflux esophagitis.Methods A total of 116 patients with reflux esophagitis were randomly divided into two groups： observation group（n=60） and control group（n=56）.All patients were given routine western medicine treatment.Patients in observation group were additionally treated with self-made soup for dispersing the depressed liver energy and harmonizing stomach.Results The total effective rate was 95.0% and 82.1% in observation group and control group,respectively.After 1-year follow up,the reoccurrence rate was 11.1% and 30.9% in observation group and control group,respectively.There were significant differences in total effective rate and reoccurrence rate between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion The self-made soup for dispersing the depressed liver energy and harmonizing stomach combined with western medicine treatment has greater effects than western medicine treatment alone on reflux esophagitis.
