临床药师参与脑梗死临床路径的效果

目的评价临床药师参与脑梗死临床路径管理的临床效果。方法将90例脑梗死患者随机分为观察组和对照组2组,每组45例。对照组采用常规脑梗死的临床管理方法,观察组采用临床药师参与的临床路径管理方法。比较2组的住院时间、住院费用;治疗12d后对2组患者进行神经功能缺损程度评分。结果与对照组相比,观察组住院时间明显缩短（P〈0.05）,住院费用明显降低（P〈0.05）。治疗12d后,观察组神经功能缺损程度分级与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论临床药师参与临床路径管理能够显著缩短脑梗死患者住院时间、降低住院费用。

Analyse to the Effects of a Clinical Pathway for Cerebral Infarction in Participation of the Clinical Pharmacists

Objective The purpose of present study is to evaluate the effects of a clinical pathway for cerebral infarction in participation of the clinical pharmacists,and to provide evidences for further improving the pathway.Methods Ninty patients with cerebral infarction were divided into two groups,every group was 45 cases.The patients in the The observation group received clinical pathway service in participation of the clinical pharmacists.Observing indexes：therapeutic efficacy including the degree of neurological impairment after 12 day,mean length of stay in hospital,and costs of hospitalization.Results It was found that the length of stay in hospital shortened of the patients in the observation group（P〈0.05）,the costs for were the observation group also decreased（P〈0.05）.No significant difference was observed in the improvement of neurological impairment in two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion The application of clinical pathway in participation of the clinical pharmacists on patients with cerebral infarction can improve the quality of medical care,shorten the length of stay and decrease the costs in hospital.
