动力髋螺钉加空心螺钉治疗股骨粗隆间骨折

目的探讨动力髋螺钉加空心螺钉治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的方法和疗效。方法对45例股骨粗隆间骨折患者应用动力髋螺钉加空心螺钉治疗。结果 45例患者均随访6～22个月,平均12个月。术后10～16周经X线摄片及临床检查均显示骨折临床愈合,除2例轻度髋内翻畸形外,43例均恢复生活自理能力,无钢板螺钉断裂、松脱及骨折端移位等并发症。优32例,良11例,差2例,优良率为95.6%。结论动力髋螺钉加空心螺钉治疗股骨粗隆间骨折显著增加骨折处稳定性,有效地控制局部旋转,有利于骨折的早期愈合及早期功能锻炼,减少并发症的发生。

Dynamic Hip Screw and Hollow Screw in Treatment of Intertrochanteric Femoral Fractures

Objective To investigate the effect of dynamic hip screw combined with hollow screw in the treatment of intertrochanteric femoral fractures.Methods Forty-five patients with intertrochanteric femoral fractures were treated with dynamic hip screw and hollow screw.ResultsPatients were followed-up for an average of 12 months（range 6 to 22 months）.The X-ray and clinical examination showed healing in all patients.Except for 2 patients with mild varus deformity,all patients restored self-care abilities without plate and screw breakage or loosening,fracture displacement and other complications.Among the 45 patients,the outcome was excellent in 32,good in 11 and poor in 2,with an excellent and good rate of 95.6%.Conclusion Dynamic hip screw combined with hollow screw for intertrochanteric femoral fractures can significantly increase the stability of fractures,effectively control local rotation,facilitate early fracture healing and functional exercise,and reduce complications.
