中西医结合治疗慢性胃炎并幽门螺杆菌感染的疗效

目的探讨中西医结合治疗慢性胃炎并幽门螺杆菌（Helicobacter pylori,HP）感染的临床疗效。方法将166例慢性胃炎并HP感染患者按不同的治疗方法分为观察组和对照组,每组83例。对照组患者采用奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊、克拉霉素胶囊、阿莫西林胶囊三联疗法治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗的基础上加服自拟中药汤剂治疗。观察2组患者HP转阴率和临床疗效。结果观察组、对照组总有效率分别为：84.34%（70/83）、67.47%（56/83）,2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组、对照组患者HP转阴率分别为：79.52%（66/83）、54.22%（45/83）,2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论中西医结合治疗慢性胃炎并HP感染疗效显著,提高了HP转阴率。

Curative Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine on Chronic Gastritis Associated with Helicobacter Pylori Infection

Objective To investigate the curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine on chronic gastritis associated with Helicobacter pylori（HP） infection.MethodsOne hundred and sixty-six patients with chronic gastritis and HP infection received triple therapy with enteric-coated omeprazole capsules,clarithromycin capsules and amoxicillin capsules（control group,n=83） or in combination with traditional Chinese self-decoction（observation group,n=83）.HP negative rate and curative effect were observed in both groups.ResultsCompared with control group,the total effective rate and HP negative rate were significantly increased in observation group 84.34%（70/83） and 79.52%（66/83） vs 67.47%（56/83） and 54.22%（45/83）,respectively,P0.05].ConclusionThe integrated traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine can promote the conversion from Hp-positive to-negative in chronic gastritis associated with Hp infection.
