蓝光联用茵栀黄治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的疗效

目的探讨蓝光联合茵栀黄治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的疗效。方法将220例新生儿高胆红素血症患儿按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组110例。2组患儿均接受基础疾病和酶诱导剂等治疗的同时,对照组给蓝光治疗,12h.d-1,连续5d;治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予茵栀黄注射液1～2mL.kg-1.d-1,静脉滴注,连续5d。对2组患儿的疗效、皮肤黄疸消退时间,血清总胆红素浓度（TBiL）、未结合胆红素浓度（IBil）的变化进行比较。结果治疗组总有效率为94.54%,对照组总有效率为79.09%,2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。治疗组治疗后黄疸消退时间明显短于对照组、胆红素降低水平明显优于对照组（均P〈0.05）。结论蓝光联合茵栀黄治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的疗效确切,黄疸恢复正常的时间短,是值得在基层单位推荐的治疗方法之一。

Blu-ray Combined with Yinzhihuang for Neonatal Hyperbilirubinemia

Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of blu-ray combined with Yinzhihuang in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.MethodsA total of 220 newborn infants with hyperbilirubinemia were randomly divided into treatment group（n=110） and control group（n=110）.All infants were given basic treatment and enzyme inducer.In addition,the control group was treated with blu-ray for 5 days（12 hours per day） and the treatment group was treated with blu-ray and intravenous infusion of Yinzhihuang for 5 days（1~2 mL per kg）.The efficacy,serum total bilirubin levels,unconjugated bilirubin levels and regression time of jaundice were compared between the two groups.ResultsCompared with control group,the combination of blu-ray and Yinzhihuang significantly induced an increase in total effective rate（94.54% vs 79.09%）,a decrease in regression time of jaundice and a reduction in bilirubin levels（P0.05 or P0.01）.ConclusionBlu-ray combined with Yinzhihuang is effective and can reduce regression time of jaundice in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.Therefore,it is worth being recommended in basic units.
