| 摘 要： | 为了解急性颅脑损伤病人伤后早期心率变异性的改变及其与QT离散度的相关性 ,对 60例急性颅脑损伤(损伤组 )病人和对照组 ( 30例 )的 2 4h心电图 (Holter) ,应用美国DMS分析软件进行心率变异性的时域分析。结果 :①损伤组颅脑损伤后早期心率变异性时域分析的各项参数指标均降低 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;②损伤组正常R R间距标准差(SDNN)与QT离散度呈正相关 (P <0 .0 5)

| Abstract: | To study the variation of heart rate variability and its association with QT interval dispersion in patients with acute head injury, 24 hour ambulatory electrocardiographs collected in 60 patients with in 72 h after acute head injury and 30 control subjects were analyzed in the respect of the heart rate variability of Time Domain Methods by using the DMS software. Result:①All parameters of heart rate variability were reduced in the patients with acute head injury(P<0.01).② QT interval dispersion(QTd) positively correlated with the standard deviation of the RR intervals(SDNN) in the severed patients (P<0.05).It suggests that the variation of HRV and QTd may serve as a predictor in the severed arrhythmia of patients after head injury. |
