摘    要:目的 了解体表高低温区下深部组织温度,探讨体表温度形成的机理。方法 应用红外热像技术和插入式测温方法,本文对家兔自然状态下体表不同温度区下(皮下、表皮下8、15、25mm)的组织温度进行测定。结果 (1)自然状态下体表温度是不均匀的,体表与皮下温度无显著性差异;(2)随测温深度的增加,温度有逐渐增高的趋势;(3)体表温度较高的部位,其深部温度亦较高。结论 自然状态下体表温度的高低由深部温度所决定。

Abstract:Objective Measurement of temperatures of deep parts regions of different temperature points of body surface, in order to study the mechanism of resulting of different temperatures on body surface. Methods Temperatures of body the surface and temperatures of corresponding deep parts of different temperatures were measured simulaneously by infrared thermography and needle thermal couples in 20 rabbits. Results (1)The body surface temperatures are not uniform under natural conditions. There is no significant difference between body temperatures and temperatures under skin. (2)There is a tendency of temperatures going up gradually with increase of depth. (3)The higher the temperature of body surface is, the hight is the temperature of the corresponding deep part. Conclusions Under natural conditions the skin temperature is determined by the temperature of the deep part.
