颅盖骨碘伏冷冻保存后再植的临床研究

目的 探索变性自体颅骨在颅骨成形术中的应用。方法 去骨瓣减压术中所取的颅骨用无菌生理盐水洗净,碘伏浸泡,家用冰箱冰冻保存,高温高压消毒后回置。结果 16例全部成功,包括发生感染而经皮下灌洗治疗后得以保存的2例。5例皮下少量积液均自行消退,5例非筛状颅骨辩中2例,周缘有吸收,外观稍凹陷;11例筛状颅骨外形均无改变。结论 碘伏浸泡,冰冻保存,高温高压消毒的自体颅骨是一种经济、方便、安全、优良的颅骨修复材料。

A clinical study of skull - cap bone replantation after preserved in iced PVP - I solution

Objective To explore denatured self skull bone application in skull reparation.Methods To wash and clean the skull - cap bone which come from the cerebral decompression.The bone was soaked into PVP- I solution and preserved in icebox, and it was replanted back after high pressure and high temperature disinfection.Results All of the sixteen replantation were successful, including 2 infected cases whose implanted bones were saved by reserved irrigation under the skin. There were some liquid collected under the skin in 5 cases and all were absorbed naturally. The border Part of 2 no - sieve - like implanted bones out of 5 were absorbed and their outside show are slightly sinking. Exterior shape in 11 cases performed with sieve - like implanted bone have no change.Conclusion Self skull - cap bone which is preserved in iced PVP - I solution and disinfected under high pressure is a safe, convenient, economical and excellent skull repair material.
