胫腓骨开放性骨折的治疗

本文报告71例胫腓骨开放性骨折的治疗。伤口一期愈合者50例。占70.4%，软组织感染16例占22.6%，骨感染5例，占7%。骨折临床愈合平均89天，5例迟缓愈合，作者主张伤口一期闭合，但要根据伤口损伤程度采用不同的闭合方式，骨折属稳定者外固定治疗，属不稳定者用内固定或外固定加牵引，感染与原始损伤程度密切相关，与医师清创是否彻底骨折固定和伤口产合是否正确也有关系。

Treatment of Open Fracture of Tibia and Fibula

The treatment of 71 cases of patients with open fracture of tibia and fibula were reported. Of 71 subjects,50 cases had an infection of soft tissue (22. 6%),5 cases had an infection of bone(7%).Clinical intention of the fracture was 89 days on a average, and 5 cases had a slow intention. Author advocates the first closure of the wound,but different type or the first closures are applied according to different conditions of the wounds. An external fixation of an internal fixation with a traction for unstable one. The infection has close relationship with original injury degree. and also with whether the doctor has performed a completed debridement and whether the fixation of the fracture and the closure of the wound are correct.
