农村居民区奋斗呐灭蚤效果观察

目的 :观察不同剂型和浓度的奋斗呐对地面游离蚤的杀灭效果。方法 :选择不同类型的农村居民进行地面滞留喷洒。结果 :0 .0 3 %和 0 .0 5%奋斗呐悬浮剂的灭蚤率分别为 86.2 5%和 90 .2 1% ,校正灭蚤率分别为 86.54%和90 .41%。 0 .0 6%奋斗呐可湿性粉剂 + 1%DDVP混合液的灭蚤率为 96.99%。不同剂型和浓度的奋斗呐 ,其灭蚤率均无显著性差异。结论 :奋斗呐对游离的印鼠客蚤、猫栉首蚤指名亚种和人蚤均有良好的灭效 ,适宜浓度为 0 .0 3 %～ 0 .0 5% ,不宜盲目混配。但经常进行灭蚤的地区应重视杀虫剂的交替使用

Observation on the Effect of Fendona Against Fleas in Rurul Residential Area

Objective:To observe the killing effect of Fendon a against dissociated fleas.Methods:The residual spraying was conducted in rural residential area.Results:The killing rates of 0.03 % and 0.05% Fendona SC were 86.52% and 90.21%, the rectified killing rates were 86.54% and 90.41% to dissociated fleas. The killing rate of 0.06%Fendona WP and 1%DDVP mixture was 96.99% to dissociated fleas. The killing rate showed no significant difference between Fendona of different formulation and between Fendona of different concentration. Conclusion:The killing effect was well for Fendona against X.cheopis,C.felis felis and P.irritans. The suitable concentration of Fendona ranged from 0.03%to 0.05% and the blindly mixture of the insecticides was not suitable. But the alternate application of the insecticides was worth to evalue.
