三维超声表面模式重建在胆囊疾病中的应用

目的；探讨三维超声表面模式重建在胆囊疾病中的实用价值。方法：采用Medison-Krez Voluson 530D三维超声成像系统对22例胆囊结石，16例胆囊息肉，13例胆囊壁水肿，4例胆囊癌进行三维超声表面模式重建。结果：三维超声可清晰显示胆囊内壁结构，胆囊壁的连续性和完整性，直观显示病灶的数目，立体形态及其与胆囊壁的关系。结论：表面模式适用于胆囊疾病的三维重建，为胆囊疾病诊断提供直观信息。

Application of Three-dimensional Ultrasonography Surface Mode Reconstruction in Gallbladder Diseases

Objective:To inquire into the practical value of three dimensional ultrasonography surface mode reconstruction in gallbladder diseases.Methods:Twenty two patients with gallbladder stones,16 patients with gallbladder polypi,13 patients with gallbladder edema and 4 patients with gallbladder carcinoma were examined by Medison Krez Voluson 530D and surface mode was used to reconstruct images in gallbladder diseases.Results:Three dimensional ultrasonography could clearly show the continuity and integration of gallbladder walls and could directly show the numbers and shapes of foci,as well as its relation to gallbladder walls.Conclusions:Surface mode is applicable to the three dimesional reconstruction in gallbladder diseases and can provide direct informations for the diagnosis of gallbladder diseases.
