代谢综合征569例综合干预疗效评价

目的探讨综合干预对代谢综合征患者的影响。方法将569例代谢综合征患者随机分为2组,即干预组和对照组,干预组321例,对照组248例,在药物治疗的同时,进行知识教育,心理健康教育,饮食、运动、睡眠、戒烟限酒干预,6个月后测定2组患者体重指数、血压、血糖和血脂改善情况。结果干预组患者各项异常指标（血压、血糖、血脂及体重指数）改善情况明显优于对照组（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。2组干预效果,体重、血脂、血糖、血压改善有效率比较,χ2值分别为76.72、43.73、28.14（均P〈0.01）和4.89（P〈0.05）。结论对代谢综合征患者进行综合干预,能够明显促进临床治疗中各项异常指标的改善。

Effect Evaluation of Comprehensive Intervention on 569 Cases of Metabolic Syndrome

Objective] To investigate the effect of comprehensive intervention on patients with metabolic syndrome. Methods] A total of 569 cases of metabolic syndrome were divided into intervention group （321 cases） and control group （248 cases）. The control was treated with medication. The intervention group received related knowledge education, mental health education, and intervention of diet, exercise, sleep, smoking cessation and alcohol limit based on medication. The improvement of blood pressure, serum glucose, lipoprotein, and weight index among the 2 groups was evaluated after intervention for 6 months. Results] The improvement of the indexes （ blood pressure, serum glucose, lipoprotein, and weight index ） in intervention group was obviously superior to those in control group （ P 〈0.05 orP 〈0.01 ）. The efficient comparison of intervention effect, blood pressure, serum glucose, lipoprotein, and weight index showed that Χ^2 was 76, 72, 43, 73, 28, 14 （ all P 〈 0.01 ） and 4.89 （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion] Comprehensive intervention can significantly improve the abnormal clinical indexes of patients with metabolic syndrome.
