早期食管癌内镜下诊断与病变浸润深度相关性分析

目的探讨早期食管癌的内镜下诊断与癌组织浸润黏膜深度的相关性。方法总结该院2004年9月-2005年11月经内镜发现，并经手术证实的早期食管癌62例患者的资料。结果该组中以糜烂型为最多，术后证实发现黏膜内癌44例，侵犯黏膜下层17例，并有2例胃左淋巴结内见转移癌。结论内镜下分型及病变大小与浸润深度有明显的相关性，充血型、小于2．5cm糜烂型为黏膜内癌，病变面积大于2．5cm糜烂型、斑块型、乳头型应综合分析和判断。

Analysis of correlation between the diagnosed of the early esophagus carcinoma under gastroscopy and the depth of mucosa infiltrated

[objective] To study the correlation between the diagnosed of the early esophagus carcinoma under gastroscopy and the depth of mucosa infiltrated. [Method] Summarize the 62 casas of early esophagus carcinoma examined by gastroscopy and proved by operation from Sep. 2004 to Dec. 2005 in our hospital. [Result] Many of the erosive type in the cases were found then proved by operation that 44 cases were mucosal carcinoma, 17 cases were submucosa infiltrated and 2 cases were found metastrasis to the left lymphatic of the stomach. [Conclusion] Correlation is obvious the type an size of pathdogy under gastroscopy and the depth of infiltration. The hyperemia the erosion which is less than 2.5cm, the block type,and the papilla type need syntheetical analysis.
