卡介菌多糖核酸注射液治疗长期卧床老年患者反复呼吸道感染效果观察

目的观察卡介菌多糖注射液对长期卧床老年患者反复呼吸道感染的治疗效果。方法随机选择同期住院的80例长期卧床反复呼吸道感染的老年患者,分为观察组和对照组,两组均给与抗感染及对症治疗,观察组加用卡介菌多糖核酸1ml/次,隔日肌内注射1次,3个月为一疗程。随访半年。结果观察组治疗后3月平均感染发生次数为（1.47±1.23）次,对照组平均感染发生次数为（2.70±1.06）次,两组差异有统计学意义。结论卡介菌多糖核酸注射液能减少长期卧床老年患者反复呼吸道感染次数,疗效好,且无不良反应。

Effect of repeated respiratory tract infection of BCG polysaccharide and nucleic acid injection in treatment of long-term bedridden elderly patients

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of BCG polysaccharide injection on long-term bedridden elderly patients with recurrent respiratory tract infection. Methods 80 patients bedridden recurrent respiratory tract infection,divided into observation group and control group,two groups were given anti-infection and symptomatic treatment,observation group were treated with BCG polysaccharide and nucleic acid 1 ml intramuscular injection 1 times,every other day,a course of 3 months. Follow-up for half a year. Results The observation group after treatment in March the average infection was （ 1. 47 ± 1. 23） times,control group mean infection times was （ 2. 70 ± 1. 06） times,there was significant difference between two groups. Conclusion BCG polysaccharide and nucleic acid injection can reduce the number of recurrent respiratory tract infection,long-term bedridden elderly patients with good curative effect,and no adverse reaction.
