丙种球蛋白治疗儿童重症病毒性脑炎42例临床观察

目的研究大剂量丙种球蛋白（HDIG）治疗儿童重症病毒性脑炎（SVE）的临床效果。方法对2007年7月至2010年4月我院入院治疗的42例儿童重症病毒性脑炎患者进行了研究,随机分为两组,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上,静脉大剂量给药丙种球蛋白,观察患儿的临床症状、生命体征改善的时间以及住院时间。结果治疗组患儿神智恢复时间、退热时间以及止痉时间明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组患儿的住院时间与对照组无明显差异。（P〉0.05）。结论丙种球蛋白治疗儿童重症病毒性脑炎临床效果显著,患儿临床症状改善明显,值得推广应用。

Clinical observation of Immunoglobulin for Children severeviral encephalitis in 42 cases

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of high dose immunoglobulin in treatment of severe viral encephalitis in children. Methods From July 2007 to April 2011 in the treatment of 42 cases of severe viral encephalitis patients in our hospital. Children were randomly divided into study group treated with intravenous high dose immunoglobulin and control group. The clinical symptoms, physical signs and the time of hospital stay were observed and compared.Results It took less time for the study group to bring down a fever,stop spasm and regain consciousness than it did for the control group （P0.05）, and no difference was found in the time of hospital stay between the two groups（P0.05）. Conclusion Intravenous high dose immunoglobulin and is clinically effective in treating severe viral encephalitis of children. Clinical symptoms were significantly improved and the treatment is worth spreading.
