持续封闭负压引流应用在骨科创伤中的疗效观察

目的探讨持续封闭负压引流技术在骨科创伤治疗中的临床疗效。方法 60例骨科创伤患者按照随机等分为实验组和对照组,其中实验组采用持续封闭负压引流术治疗,与采用传统创面处理方式的对照组进行临床效果比较。结果实验组的患者创面愈合比例明显高于对照组,且差异显著;愈合时间实验组显著低于对照组。结论持续封闭负压引流临床疗效显著,值得推广。

Application of continuous vacuum assisted closure in the orthopedic trauma

Objective Research on the clinical efficacy of continuous vacuum assisted closure in the orthopedic trauma. Methods The 60 orthopedic trauma patients were randomly divided into experiment group and control group. The experiment group underwent continuous vacuum assisted closure to treat the Orthopedic trauma patients,the control group underwent the traditional wound treatment. The two group of treatment outcomes were compared. Results The cure rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group in wound healing. The healing time of the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of continuous vacuum assisted closure in the orthopedic trauma is significant and worthy of promotion.
