输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石的疗效分析

目的观察输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石的疗效。方法将2010年1月至2013年1月应用输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石32例为观察组,另选择同期行体外冲击波碎石术治疗的输尿管结石患者32例为对照组,比较两组术后一次性碎石成功率、手术时间、住院时间及并发症情况。结果观察组的一次性碎石成功率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,且观察组并发症的例数明显少于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石碎石疗效显著,无严重并发症发生,操作简便,值得临床推广和应用。

Efficacy analysis of ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy treatment of ureteral calculi

Objective To observe the efficacy of ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy treatment of ureteral calculi.Methods From January 2010 to January 2013,selected ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy treatment of ureteral calculi established in 32 cases in the observation group, the other underwent extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy treatment of ureteral calculi in 32 patients established as a control group. The disposable rubble after success rate, operative time, hospital stay and complications were compared. Results The one-time the gravel success rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P0.05）. The number of cases and complications of the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group （P0.05）. Conclusion Ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy treatment of ureteral calculi gravel has a significantly efficacy, no serious complications, and it is simple, worthy of promotion and application.
