完全腹膜外与无张力疝修补术治疗复发疝临床疗效比较

目的探讨完全腹膜外与无张力疝修补术治疗复发疝的临床疗效差异。方法应用随机数字表法将2006年4月至2012年4月在南阳市第三人民医院治疗的的92例复发疝患者分成观察组和对照组。对照组患者进行传统无张力疝修补术。观察组行开放完全腹膜外疝修补术。比较两组患者的临床疗效、并发症、住院费用及愈合随访一年的复发率。结果观察组在术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。两组在并发症、复发率、治疗费用及满意度差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论完全腹膜外疝修补术是一种简单、疼痛小、手术时间短、可靠的手术,值得临床推广应用。

Comparison of clinical effects of totally extraperitoneal laparoscopic hernia repair and conventional hernia repair in treatment of recurrent hernia

Objective To compare the effect of the totally extraperitoneal laparoscopic hernia repair and conventional hernia repair in treatment of recurrent hernia.Methods Random number table from November 2006 to April 2012 in our hospital,92 patiens with recurrent hernia patients were divided into observation group and control group.control group patients with traditional hernia repair treatment,observation group with totally extraperitoneal laparoscopic hernia repair,two groups were compared of clinical efficacy,complications,hospitalization expensesandmore follow-up after 1year recurrence.Results Observed in the patients blood loss,operation time and hospital stay less than those of the control group（P0.05）,two groups in the clinical efficacy,recurrence rate,hospitalization expensesandmorewas no statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Totally extraperitoneal laparoscopic hernia repair is a simple,short operative time and less pain and reliable operation,the patients satisfaction is high,worthy of clinical application.
