莫沙必利联合茴三硫治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的临床疗效观察

目的探讨莫沙必利联合茴三硫在临床上治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的疗效。方法选取2009年8月到2012年8月期间我院收治的胆汁反流性胃炎患者120例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例。治疗组给予莫沙必利3次/d,5mg/次,饭前半小时口服,茴三硫每晚睡前口服25mg;对照组给予莫沙必利3次/d,5mg/次,饭前半小时口服,两组均治疗6周后观察临床治疗效果。结果治疗组总的有效率为95%,治愈率为43.3%明显高于对照组的80.0%和21.7%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组治疗过程中均未出现明显不良反应。结论莫沙必利联合茴三硫治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的临床效果明显优于单纯应用莫沙必利的治疗效果,疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of the mosapride joint anetholtrithione in the clinical treatment of bile reflux gastritis. Methods 120 cases of select our hospital bile reflux gastritis patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and the control group, 60 cases in each group. Results The total effective rate of 95%, the cure rate of 43.3% was significantly higher than the 80.0% and 21.7%, and the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）; treatment process was not significant adverse reactions. Conclusion mosapride joint anetholtrithione clinical treatment of bile reflux gastritis is better than the simple application of the therapeutic effect of mosapride efficacy, worthy of clinical application.
