某地区635份药品不良反应报告分析

目的了解某地区药品不良反应（ADR）发生的特点及一般规律,为保证患者用药安全提供依据。方法采用回顾性分类统计,对本地区药品不良反应监测中心2011年收集到的635例不良反应报告分别从性别、年龄、药品种类、ADR发生部位等进行评价、分析。结果在上报的635例ADR中,15～44年龄段的发生率最高,有245例（38.58%）;抗感染药引发的ADR例数最多,有302例（44.67%）;静脉滴注给药途径最易引发ADR,占81.89%;ADR累及器官或系统以皮肤及其附件损害最为常见,有329例（占43.81%）。结论应重视并加强ADR监测工作,提高合理用药水平,尽量避免或减少ADR的发生。

Analysis of 635 Cases of ADR Reports in a regional

Objective To study the characteristics and general rules of adverse drug reaction （ADR） appearing in a regional so as to ensure that patients using drugs safely.Methods By using the retrospective classification statistics, we had made the evaluation and analysis of 635 cases of adverse reaction reports collected in 2011 by ADR monitoring center in this area, respectively from the gender, age, drug kinds and ADR location.Results First of all, in those 635 cases of ADR reports, those whose age from 15 to 44 were in the highest risk of ADR, 245 cases （38.58%）in total; ADR caused by anti-infective being the most number,of which were 302 cases （44.67%）.Drip route was the most easy way to cause ADR, accounted for 81.89%; the organ or system related ADR breaks out as damage to the skin and its accessories being most commonphenomenon, there are 329 cases （43.81%） in total.Conclusion Special attention should be paid to the ADR monitoring by improving the rational drug use level, and try to avoid or reduce the occurrence of ADR.
