摘    要:目的探讨血清脑钠肽(BNP)和高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)浓度在急性冠脉综合征(ACS)中的临床意义以及瑞舒伐他汀对ACS患者BNP和hs-CRP的影响。方法选取74例ACS患者随机分为观察组和对照组,所有ACS患者均接受常规治疗,观察组加服瑞舒伐他汀治疗,疗程4周。观察并比较两组治疗前后血清BNP和hs-CRP水平。结果两组患者治疗前BNP、hs-CRP水平均明显升高,经治疗后均明显下降(P〈0.05);与对照组治疗后比较,观察组下降更明显(P〈0.05)。结论 ACS患者血清BNP及hs-CRP水平明显升高,瑞舒伐他汀可显著降低BNP及hs-CRP水平,具有独立于降脂作用之外的抗炎作用和改善心肌缺血作用。

Abstract:Objective To probe the clinical significance of Serum brain natriuretic peptide ( BNP) and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein ( hs-CRP) concentration in patients with acute coronary syndrome ( ACS) and the effect of rosuvastatin on patients with ACS’s BNP and hs-CRP. Methods 74 patients with ACS were randomized into two groups: the observation one and the control one. All ACS patients received conventional treatment while the patients in the observation group took rosuvastatin treatment for 4 weeks additionally. Then Observe and compare serum BNP and hs-CRP levels before and after treatment. Results The patients’BNP and hs-CRP level were significantly increased before the treatment while they were significantly decreased ( P 0. 05) after the treatment. The BNP and hs-CRP level in the observation group decreased more significantly ( P 0. 05) compared with the control group after treatment. Conclusion If ACS patients serum BNP and hs-CRP levels increase,rosuvastatin can significantly reduce levels of BNP and hs-CRP,Therefore,rosuvastatin has the effects of anti-inflammatory and improving myocardial ischemia in addition to the Lipid-lowering.
