50%硫酸镁湿敷促进Ⅰ、Ⅱ期压疮愈合的疗效观察

目的 观察50%硫酸镁湿敷治疗Ⅰ、Ⅱ期压疮的疗效.方法 将在笔者所在科室住院的Ⅰ、Ⅱ期压疮患者60例,按住院号的单双号分为观察组和对照组,每组30例.观察组：Ⅰ、Ⅱ期压疮患者采用37 ℃ 50%硫酸镁湿敷治疗.对照组：采用湿润烧伤膏涂擦方法治疗.每例患者均全程记录治疗区创面变化情况;治疗开始后第3、7 d用双抗夹心酶联免疫吸附法检测肿瘤坏死因子（TNF-α）、白细胞介素-6（IL-6）、白细胞介素-8（IL-8）、白细胞介素-10（IL-10）水平.结果 观察组患者创面愈合时间为（13.8±0.9） d.对照组患者创面愈合时间为（21.6±3.2） d.观察组患者血清TNF-α、IL-8水平较对照组降低,IL-10较对照组升高,差异有统计学意义（ P ＜0.05）,两组比较血清IL-6水平,无统计学意义.结论 50%硫酸镁湿敷治疗能调节Ⅰ、Ⅱ期压疮患者的炎性细胞因子,从而促进的压疮愈合.

Observation of effect of 50% magnesium dithionate moisten compress therapy promoting healing of bedsore wound

Objective To observe the effect of 50% magnesium dithionate moisten compress therapy promoting healing of bedsore wound. Methods In our department Ⅰ, Ⅱof 60 patients with pressure ulcers, according to odd and even numbers divided into two gruups,30 cases of every group. Observation group was treated with 50% magnesium dithionate moisten compress therapy and control group was treated with normal therapy. 3,7 days after the start of treatment with double antibody snadwich enzyme immunoserbent assay of rumor necrosis factor （ TNF - ct）, interleukin - 6 （ IL - 6 ）, intreleukin - 8 （ IL - 8 ）, leukocyle interleukin - 10 （ IL - 10） level. The healing of wound was observed and expression of TNF - α, IL - 6, IL -8,IL - 10 were measured. Results The wound healing was observation group was （13.8±0. 9） days and control group was （21.6±3.2） days. At the 3 and 7days the expression of TNF -α and IL -8 was decreased in observation group and IL - 10 was increased in observation group, but IL -6 was no different in two groups. Conclusion 50% magnesium dithionate moisten compress therapy can promoting healing of bedsore wound.
