小儿先天性心脏病介入治疗的麻醉处理

目的研究和探讨不同麻醉方法对小儿先天性心脏病介入治疗的临床效果。方法2007年2月～2009年9月在笔者所在医院接受介入治疗的小儿先天性心脏病患者共108例，随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组均为54例。对照组采用氯胺酮加少量咪唑安定进行麻醉，治疗组采用丙泊酚（静安）加少量氯胺酮进行麻醉。结果对照组和治疗组的手术时间分别为（97±5．3）min和（95±6．2）min，术中SpO2的值分别维持为97％～100％和98％～100％，两组差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。对照组清醒时间为（50±6．4）min，治疗组为（15±3．4）min，两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；对照组麻醉后共有13例出现不良反应，占24．07％；治疗组麻醉后共有2例出现不良反应，占3．7％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论 小儿先天性心脏病患者介入治疗时选用丙泊酚复合少量氯胺酮进行麻醉比用氯胺酮复合少量咪唑安定进行麻醉清醒更快，不良反应少，可安全应用于该类手术。

Anesthesia treatment of interventional children with congenital heart disease

Objective To study and explore the effects of different anesthesia methods in interventional therapy of congenital heart disease children. Methods February 2007 - September 2009 where the hospital involved in my treatment of children with congenital heart disease of 108 patients were randomly divided into control and treatment groups were 54 cases. Control group plus a small amount of midazolam with ketamine anesthesia, the treatment group with prepofol （Jingan） plus a small amount of ketamine anesthesia. Results In the control group and treatment group, operation time （97 ± 5.3 ） rain and （95 ±6.2） min, intraoperative SpO2 values were maintained at 97% - 100% and 98% - 100%, the difference not statistically significant （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Awake time for the control group （50 ± 6. 4） min, the treatment group （ 15 ± 3.4 ） rain, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 01 ） ; the control group after 13 eases of anesthesia adverse reactions （24. 07% ） ; treatment group, two cases of anesthesia adverse reactions, accounting for 3.7 %. The difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion interventional therapy in patients with congenital heart disease in children when used a small amount of propofol ketamine anesthesia than with a small amount of midazolam to ketamine anesthesia clear faster, adverse reactions, can safely be applied to the surgery.
