| 摘 要： | 目的探讨治疗重度肩锁关节脱位的方法及疗效。方法2005年1月－2010年1月应用锁骨钩钢板治疗重度肩锁关节脱位（Tossyn Ⅲ型）1例。结果所有患者获得6－24个月的随访，按Constantand Murley法评定肩关节功能：优7例，良3例，差2例，优良率为83．3％。结论应用锁骨钩钢板手术治疗肩锁关节脱位可取得满意的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the method and the effect of severe shoulder lock joint dislocation. Methods To use collarbone hook steel plate to treatment 12 cases severe shoulder lock joint dislocation （Tossy type 111 ） from January 2005 to January 2010. Results All patients got 6 - 24 months of follow - up, used （ Constant and Murley） method to assess shoulder function：optimal 7 cases, well 3 cases, bad 2 cases, the optimal and well rate was 83.3%. Conclusion Using collarbone hook steel plate surgery treatment shoulder lock joint dislocation satificatory curative effect. |
