未破裂期输卵管妊娠的非血管介入治疗

目的 探讨非血管介入治疗未破裂期输卵管妊娠的可行性和临床疗效.方法 16例患者临床诊断为未破裂期输卵管妊娠,在X线透视下,利用5Fr导管引导3Fr微导管及0.038英寸珠头导丝,经阴道、宫腔插入输卵管行患侧输卵管造影,明确诊断后送导丝刺破孕囊壁,输卵管内注射氨甲喋呤（MTX）40 mg.结果 16例均一次插管成功,13例一次治愈,1例行二次治疗,成功率87.5%,2例血β-hCG水平术后3天下降≤55%,改手术治疗,无严重并发症.结论 对未破裂期输卵管妊娠行介入治疗较其他药物保守治疗有一定的优越性,且安全、经济、疗效高,保留了生育功能,适合临床广泛应用.

Result 16 eases were successful the first intubation, 13 patients with a cure, 1 routine second treatment, the success rate of 87.5%, 2 cases of blood 13 - hCG levels decreased after 3 days ≤ 55 %, change surgery,no serious complications. Conclution Non - vascular interventional therapy of unruptured tubal pregnancy was proved to be superior to other conservative treatments, the generative power was reserved. It was safe, economic and should be applied in clinical practice widely.
