维生素E联合二甲双胍治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的临床研究

目的 探讨维生素E联合二甲双胍治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的临床疗效.方法 将112例非酒精性脂肪肝患者随机分为2组,即治疗组和对照组各56例.治疗组采用维生素E联合二甲双胍治疗,对照组单用二甲双胍治疗.6个月后观察两组患者谷丙转氨酶（ALT）、谷草转氨酶（AST）、γ-谷胺酰转肽酶（γ-GT）、胆固醇（CH）、甘油三酯（TG）、血尿酸（UA）的变化及治疗后临床疗效等情况.两组治疗期间均不用其他保肝降酶和降血脂类药物.结果 6个月后治疗组肝功能、血尿酸、血脂各项指标显著下降,治疗组与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义（ P 〈0.05）;治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为88.6%、53.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（ P 〈0.05）.结论 维生素E联合二甲双胍治疗非酒精性脂肪肝比单用二甲双胍疗效显著.
