股骨近端解剖锁定钢板治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果观察

目的探讨采用股骨近端解剖锁定钢板治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法对2008年1月～2010年6月在本院住院的老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者83例进行股骨近端解剖锁定钢板内固定治疗，观察患者术后疗效。结果所有患者骨折均骨性愈合，平均愈合时间（9．23±1．21）个月。按照Merled Aubignepostel评分，83例患者中，优秀57例，良好21例，中等4例，差1例。优良率为93．98％。患者无并发症发生。结论对老年股骨粗隆间骨折的患者采用股骨近端解剖锁定钢板治疗能取得很好的疗效，患者创伤小，功能恢复好，且操作简单，值得在临床推广使用。

The effect of proximal femoral anatomical locking plate in treatment of intertrochanteric femoral fractures

Objective To evaluate the anatomic locking plate for treatment of proximal femoral intertrochanteric femoral fracture patients. Methods From January 2008 to June 2010 in our hospital elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures were 83 cases of proximal femoral anatomic locking plate fixation, patients observed effect. Results All the patients healed bone fractures, the average healing time （9. 23 ±1.21 ） months. In accordance with the MerledAubigne -postal score, 83 patients, perfect in 57 cases, good in 21 cases, moderate in 4 cases, 1 poor. Good rate of 93.98%. Patients with no complications. Conclusion Intertrochanteric fractures in elderly patients with proximal femoral locking plate for treatment of anatomical good results can be achieved. And the patient with trauma,, and functional recovery is good, and with simple operation, worthy of clinical use.
