目的探讨科学的诊疗流程在急性酒精中毒中的建立和应用。方法将1年内急诊科收治的急性酒精中毒患者按照建立的流程方案进行诊断治疗,评价疗效并总结分析相关问题。结果急性酒精中毒诊疗流程的应用,使中毒疗程缩短、疗效提高,误诊和不良事件明显减少。结论科学的流程应用于急性酒精中毒的诊疗,能有效规范医疗行为,显著提高医疗质量,保障医疗安全,值得临床进一步推广应用。

Research of the acute alcoholism treatment processes

Objective To research the establishment and application of the scientific processes in the acute alcohol- ism treatment. Methods All of the acute alcoholism patients of emergency department in a year were diagnosed and treated according to the processes founded, then curative effect was estimated and problems were analyzed. Results The application of the treatment processes in the acute alcoholism treatment can significantly shorten the course of treatment, elevate the cura- tive effect, reduce the misdiagnosis rate and accident. Conclusion Apply the processes in the treatment of the acute alcohol- ism can helpfully administer medical behavior, strikingly elevate medical quality and ensure medical security. So it is worth generalizing and applying step by step.
