前列地尔治疗糖尿病足41例临床效果观察

目的探讨前列地尔治疗糖尿病足的临床效果。方法选择笔者所在医院2007年2月～2010年2月糖尿病足患者81例，将上述患者随机分为两组，即观察组和对照组。对照组患者在常规治疗基础上给予银杏达莫注射液。观察组在常规治疗基础上给予前列地尔。结果观察组总有效率显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（x2=5．3573，P〈0．05）。结论前列地尔能够显著改善糖尿病足患者的临床症状，临床效果显著，且用药安全。

Observation of clinical efficacy of alprostadii on 41 cases with diabetic foot

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of alprostadil on diabetic foot. Methods 81 eases with dia- betic foot were selected from February, 2007 to February, 2010, and randomly divided into two groups, observation group and control group. Ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole injection was given to control group on the base of routine treatment, al- prostadil was used to observation group on the base of routine treatment. Results The total rate of clinical efficacy in observa- tion group compared with that in control group, there was statistical difference （X2 = 5. 3573,P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Alprostadil can improve the clinical symptoms of the cases with diabetic foot, and the clinical efficacy is significant, and the therapy is safe.
