腺苷蛋氨酸联合前列地尔治疗淤胆型肝炎的疗效观察

目的观察腺苷蛋氨酸联合前列地尔治疗淤胆型肝炎的临床疗效。方法选择48例淤胆型肝炎患者，随机分为治疗组与对照组，给予相同的基础护肝治疗。在此基础上，治疗组25例采用腺苷蛋氨酸联合前列地尔治疗，对照组23例单用腺苷蛋氨酸治疗，疗程均为4周。结果治疗4周时，治疗组有效率明显高于对照组，两组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论腺苷蛋氨酸联合前列地尔可有效治疗淤胆型肝炎，是目前较理想的治疗淤胆型肝炎的药物。

The effect of ademetionine and alprostadil for treatment of patients with cholestatic hepatitis

Objective To observe the efficacy of ademetionine and alpmstadil for treatment of patients with cholestatic hepatitis. Methods Forty - eight cases of cholestatic hepatitis were divided into treatment group and control group which were given the same basic protecting liver treatment. On this basis ,25 patients in the treatment group had ademetionine and alprostadil injection treatment,23 patients in the control group had a single ademetionine injection treatment, and treatment lasted for 4 weeks. Results The combined treatment was more effective in the treatment group than the control group after 4 weeks of treat - ment （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Ademetionine combined alprostadil is effective in the treatment of patients with cholestatic hepatitis.
