米氮平治疗脑卒中后抑郁的疗效观察

目的评价米氮平治疗脑卒中后抑郁（PSD）的疗效。方法将脑卒中后抑郁症患者77例随机分为两组，即治疗组39例和对照组38例。治疗组给予米氮平片，对照组给予盐酸阿米替林片，治疗6周。同时采用HAMD对患者治疗前和治疗后第2、4、6周末进行评估。结果治疗后治疗组抑郁症状较对照组改善更快，治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0．05），疗效优于对照组，不良反应少（P〈0．01）。结论对脑卒中后抑郁患者，米氮平治疗安全有效。

Clinical observation of treatment with Mirtazapine on post - stroke depression

Objective To evaluate meters nitrogen treatment on depression after cerebral apoplexy flat （PSD） curative effect. Methods 77 cases of patients with depression were randomly divided into 2 groups, 39 patients in treatment group and control group of 38 eases. The treatment group received mirtazapine tablets and the control group received amitriptyline tablets daily for 6 weeks, while the treatment of patients with HAMD before and after treatment to assess 2,4,6 weekend. Resuits After treatment, depressive symptoms improved more quickly than the control group, treatment group was significantly higher efficiency （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , fewer adverse reactions （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion For patients with post - stroke depression, mirtazapine is safe and effective.
