| 摘 要： | 报道四物场煎液和醇提液作灌胃和皮下注射给药均能明显提高大、小白鼠高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL－C）含量和降低低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL－C）含量。从而提示，四物场不仅能减少胆固醇在肠道的吸收，加速胆固醇在体内的转化，可能还增加高密度脂蛋白（HDL）对血中胆固醇的转运和低密度脂蛋白（LDL）受体对LDL的摄取。从而有减少冠心病和动脉粥样硬化的危险。

| Abstract: | This article reported that the gastric perfllsion and subcutaneous injection of thedecoction and alcoholic solution of SWT could both increase the contents of HDL-C and decrease the contents of LDL-C remarkably. This seggested that SWT could not only reducethe absorption of cholesteral in the intestines,speed up the transformation of cholesteral inthe body but also help HDL to transfer cholesteral in the blood and help the receptors of LDLto absorh LDL. Thus,the danger of coronary heart diseases and atherosclerosis could be reduced. |
