摘    要:目的探讨血管增殖在垂体腺瘤侵袭性生长中的作用。方法应用免疫组化方法对比碱性成纤维生长因子(bFGF)、微血管密度(MVD)、增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)等因子在侵袭性和非侵袭性垂体腺瘤表达的差异。结果在侵袭和非侵袭组中PCNA、bFGF及MVD的表达有显著差异性,相关分析显示bFGF和MVD、bFGF和PCNA之间存在显著正相关。结论bFGF分泌强度的改变是垂体腺瘤侵袭性生长的重要原因。

Abstract:Objective To determine the expression and significance of bFGF in human pituitary adenoma and investigate the difference between invasive group and non-invasive group. Methods Immunohistochemical study of bFGF,MVD and PCNA was performed in 90 cases of human pituitary adenomas and the difference between two groups was studied. Results bFGF,MVD and PCNA all expressed in the tumor cells. The expressions of bFGF,MVD and PCNA in invasive group were stronger than those in non-invasive group(P<0.01).The expression of bFGF was positively related to that of MVD and PCNA in tumor cells (P<0.001).Conclusion bFGF plays an important role in the malignant proliferation of human pituitary adenomas.
