摘    要:目的 探讨孤立性心肌致密化不全(INVM)的超声心动图诊断价值。方法 采用GElogiq400和Vivid7彩色多普勒超声诊断仪经胸(TTE)进行检查,探头频率为2—4MHz。结果 5例均为左室型,超声均可见左室内出现大量排列紊乱、粗大的肌小梁及小梁隐窝。彩色多普勒可探及心动周期中小梁间血流相通。结论 临床对INVM应予以重视,早期诊断及治疗可改善预后。目前超声心动图仍是诊断该病的首选方法.

Abstract:Objective To discuss echocardiographic diagnosis of isolated noncompaction of ventricular myocardium(INVM).Methods TTE by US logiq 400 and Vivid 7 of GE with frequency of 2-4 MHz was employed.Results Gross ventricular trabeculae and trabecular recesses were found disorderly arranged in the left ventricle ultrasonographically in all the five patients.The blood flow between the trabeculae recesses could be detected on color Doppler flow imaging and were communicated each other in the cardiac cycle.Conclusion INVM should be paid more attention by clinicians,early diagnosis and treatment without delay are critical to improve the prognosis.Echocardiography should be the first choice for the diagnosis of INVM.
