| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨紫苏提取物对组织细胞的抗溶血和抗氧化作用.方法]研究紫苏提取物对过氧化氢(H2O2)引起的兔血溶血反应和体外给药对温育时小鼠肝匀浆脂质过氧化物(LPO)生成的抑制作用.结果]紫苏提取物抗溶血和抗氧化作用均强于抗坏血酸.结论]紫苏提取物对组织、细胞具有抗氧化和保护作用.

| Abstract: | Objective] To discuss on anti-haemolysis and anti-oxidization effect of Perilla Extracts on trssue cells.Methods] To research on the inhibition effect on the Perilla Extracts to hemolytic reaction indued by H2O2 and lipid peroxidation (LPO) formation in liver homogenate of mice by providing medicine in vitro.Results] The Perilla Extracts had and advantage than antiscorbic acid in the anti-haemolysis and anti-oxidization effect.Conelusion]The Perilla Extracts had anti-oxidization and protective effect on the tissue and cells. |
