90岁以上股骨近端骨折患者人工股骨头置换术的围手术期护理

目的探讨90岁以上患者股骨近端骨折人工股骨头置换术围手术期的护理措施.方法辨析23例90岁以上股骨近端骨骨折高龄患者的临床资料及护理经过,根据老年人的生理特点和心理特点,有针对性地预防和控制并发症,同时加强专科及心理护理.结果 22例顺利通过围手术期并基本康复出院,1例术后3周因肺部感染而导致多器官衰竭救治无效死亡.结论高龄患者手术风险较大,根据老年人的生理特点和心理特点,有针对性地实施围手术期护理是提高手术成功率,减少并发症和死亡率的重要保证.

Perioperative nursing of senile patients who were over 90-year-old and suffered from hip fractures and treated with femoral head replacement

Objective To explore the nursing on the senile patients who were over 90-year-old and suffered from hip fractures and treated with femoral head replacement. Methods Clinical data and nursing of 23 senile patients with hip fractures were analyzed. According to their physiological and psychological characteristics, the complications were prevented and controlled carefully. Meanwhile, professional and psychological nursing were strengthened. Results 22 patients among them recovered and discharged, and one case died of MOF caused by pulmonary infection at 3 weeks after the operation. Conclusions The operation risk of the senile patients was high. Professional perioperative nursing according to the psychological and physiological characteristics of the patient is an important guarantee to increase successful rate of the operation and decrease complications and mortality.
