生活技能培训对大学生预防艾滋病知识和态度的影响

目的 探讨生活技能堵训对大学生预防艾滋病知识和态度的影响，为今后高校预防艾滋病健康教育选择适宜内容及方法提供参考依据。方法 以北京16所高校的95名大学生为培训对象，以生活技能内容为主，采用参与式培训方法。结果 培训后学生预防艾滋病基本知识明显提高，平均得分由培训前的12．92上升到16．65(满分为17分)；反对大学生婚前性行为的比例由培训前的71．6％上升到90．5％；回答愿意与感染艾滋病病毒的同学在同一教室上课的比例由培训前的27．4％上升到78．9％；面对男朋友(女朋友)要发生婚前性行为的压力，回答自己很有信心能够拒绝性行为而又仍然保持朋友关系的学生比例，培训后的60．0％明显多于培训前的38．9％。结论 预防艾滋病生活技能培训可有效地促进大学生预防艾滋病知识水平的提高及正确态度和技能的形成。

The Impact of Life Skills Training on AIDS Prevention Knowledge and Attitudes of College Students

Objective To explore the impact of life skills training on AIDS prevention knowledge and attitudes of college students and to provide basis for selecting suitable contents and methods of AIDS prevention education at universities.Methods Participant education method was adopted to train 95 students from 16 universities in life skills.Results After training, the knowledge score obviously increased from 12.92 to 16.65(the full score was 17); the rate of refusing premarital sexual intercourse, willing to be in the same classroom with the students infected AIDS/HIV and having confidence to refuse sexual intercourse but still keeping friendship with boy/girlfriends increased from 71.6%, 27.4%, 38.9% to 90.5%, 78.9%, 60.0% respectively.Conclusions AIDS prevention knowledge, correct attitudes and skills of the students can be promoted effectively by life skill training.
