新生儿感染性肺炎的诊治进展

新生儿感染性肺炎是指新生儿肺部的炎症性病变,是新生儿期最常见的疾病。临床表现以呼吸道症状为主,但发病早期的呼吸道症状和体征都不明显,尤其是早产儿,给早期的诊断和治疗带来困难。近几年来,随着医疗水平的不断提高和临床药物的不断发展,国内外对新生儿感染性肺炎的诊疗研究取得了新进展。现就有关新生儿感染性肺炎诊治方面的研究进展进行综述。

The Lastest Development in Diagnosis and Treatment of Neonatal Infectious Pneumonia

Neonatal infectious pneumonia is a common disease with the inflammation pathological change of the neonatal,s lung in neonatal period.Clinical manifestations are mainly about respiratory symptoms,but the early respiratory symptoms and physical signs are not obvious,especially for premature infant,early diagnosis and treatment are difficult.In recent years,with the improvement of medical treatment and the clinical drug development,domestic and international research on the diagnosis and treatment of neonatal infectious pneumonia has made new progress.This article reviews study progress about neonatal infectious pneumonia.
