| 摘 要： | 利用正交试验法 ,对银黄制剂提取物的制备工艺中诸因素进行了考察 ,分析了提取物收得率、有效成分绿原酸及黄芩甙含量两个指标。结果显示 ,金银花提取以 A1 B2 C3D1 即加水量为 1 5、1 0倍 ,保温时间为 90、60 min,碱化 p H1 2 .0 ,酸化 p H3.0为最佳工艺 ;黄芩提取以 A3B1 C2 D2 即粒度为粗粉 ,加水量为 1 0、8倍 ,保温时间为 90、60 min,酸沉 p H2 .0为最佳工艺。
