| 摘 要： | 目的观察中西医结合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法将54例糖尿病周围神经病变患者给予中药内服＋中医足浴＋西医治疗。连续治疗20～30天后进行疗效分析。结果显效36例,有效15例,无效3例,总有效率94%。结论中西医结合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效明显,用药安全,值得推荐。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treatment of diabetic peripheral neurop-athy clinical curative effect. Methods 54 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy treated with Chinese medicine and Western medicine treat-ment of traditional Chinese medicine foot bath ＋. Continuous： treatment 20-30 days for curative effect analysis. Results 36 cases, effective in 15 cases, 3 cases are invalid, the total efficiency of 94%. Conclusion of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy with obvious curative effect, safety, it is recommended. |
