| 摘 要： | 目的观察生脉注射液治疗气阴两虚型冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法以参麦注射液为对照药物,采用随机、仿盲、多中心的方法进行临床研究,生脉注射液组60例,参脉注射液组24例。结果生脉注射液组总有效率为91.67%,参麦注射液组为83.33%,两组疗效差异无显著性。结论生脉注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛气阴两虚型疗效肯定,且未见血液系统,肝、肾功能异常变化。

| Abstract: | Objective Observe the clinical efficacy of Sheng-mai injection treating angina peetoris with deficiency of both qi and yin. MethodsTak-ing Sheng-mai injection as the control drug, take the randomized, blind imitation, muhi-center clinical research methods, which taking 60 cases from the Sheng-mai group, and taking 24 cases from the Shen-mai group. Results The total efficiency of Sheng-mai group is 91.67% and that of Shcng-mai group is 83.33 %. Thc di ffcrcncc bctwcon thc two groups is not rcmarkablc. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Sheng-mai injection treating angina pectoris with deficiency of both qi and yin is affirmative, and we can＇t find the abnormal changes from the hematological system and the function of liver and kidney. |
